Experience:
Ms. Muth has been in the industry for 3 years and is responsible for overseeing and administering safety and regulatory compliance for EOG as well as their customers.  Ms. Muth is directly responsible for all day to day corporate activities, including, but not limited to; technical review, regulatory interaction, contract review and negotiation, job performance, equipment, personnel, and client support.  Ms. Muth uses her environmental science background to supply technical support for the sales team as well as using her chemical knowledge for proper identification of waste.  When the waste is identified, Ms. Muth determines the best transportation, treatment, and disposal method for the waste. Ms. Muth follows the guidelines set forth by the EPA, DOT, and OSHA in completing documents required for proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste.  She is also responsible for overseeing and/or conducting the training for all EOG employees based on 29 CFR 1910.120 and 49 CFR 172.700.
